Got these insert for my boots- just lace them in, and your boots are now zip ups! Excellent for people like me with weak joints that struggle with laces but love boots!!

target, Walmart. specialty stores. sometimes Ollie’s. amazon. etsy. I think fun and function or abilations has some. autism community store. therapy shoppe. not sure about outside the us, I havent searched around yet.

for me, it feels like a really strong hug. or like a person laying on you. you measure by body weight. the amount of weight of the blanket should basically be half of the amount of pounds you weigh.say, I’m about 259 pounds give or take, so for adequate pressure I would buy a blanket that is 64 pounds but like you can buy more or less depending on how strong you are ( and you WILL need to be strong like me,to lift up super heavy blankets) I think if you’re skinnier it would be advised to start off with uhh… 24 pounds or more. if you’re heavier try 50 pounds. I really like pressure so, I like my weighted stuff super heavy but everyone has different tastes, so experiment first to see what works best for you! hope that helps.

it is typically advised to start off with 10% of your body weight! i have a hard time finding a weighted blanket at or over 30 lbs (approx 13 kgs) and when i do, they’re very expensive, so overall it’s probably better to start out with a lower weight to make sure you like it.
